Growing Opportunities in the Codroy Valley
By working with our partners in Newfoundland and Labrador and in the Codroy Valley, we will be able to grow our tourism sector and attract even more people to beautiful sites like the Starlite Trail.

Our Commitment
Together with the province of Newfoundland and Labrador we are investing $644,000 in federal funding through the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency (ACOA).
This will help the Codroy Valley Area Development Association add 17 more kilometers to the Starlite Trail.

Our investment will improve popular lookouts and offer new opportunities to make lasting memories and enjoy the beauty of nature.

Future Growth
Atlantic Canada is poised to become a bustling, pristine, region which will draw visitors from around the world every year.

The Government of Canada and the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador are working hard to create new opportunities to se that stage for a strong and sustainable future.

Quick Facts
Codroy Valley Area Development Association (CVADA) is receiving a $644,361 investment through ACOA’s Innovative Communities Fund (ICF).

The provincial Department of Industry, Energy and Technology is investing $245,137.

Tourism Southwest will provide $91,789 and CVADA is providing $25,702.
